It is normal and healthy to feel disillusionment amid the harsh realities of this world. Listen to your body. Listen to your innermost self, who knows, innately, how best to take care of you. Cocoon, if you need to. Rest. You have all that you need to face your grief. You don’t have to cling to it or claim it as a part of you to give it meaning. Listen to it. Sit with it. Understand it. And allow it to pass.
