When old patterns of resistance and pain resurface, try first practicing patience & self-compassion. With time and a little grace, you’ll come to see the root of the block, its complex nature, interwoven with so many parts of your fractal self. Once you understand it, you can move beyond it. Heart, mind, body, soul -- balance is the watchword.
